BioYou will only be able to read what's in this journal if I know you and trust you. This is basically an electronic version of bits of a paper journal I will be keeping to record stuff about my emotional and mental problems. Namely Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and Depression, all of which are connected and feed each other. I'm trying to get better, not only for myself but for other people I care about around me, namely my wonderful friends and someone highly special to me.
I will not be posting all of my paper journal, but occassional snippets. The reason for this being that it's sometimes helpful to get an outside perspective on some situations.
Occassionally stuff may not make sense. I won't even know if it makes sense to me. As I said, an outside perspective is welcome, but please do not judge me. There are times when I cannot help being this way, which is what this thing is trying to make sense of.
